How much should I tip?Captain and Crew are hospitality professionals and will go out of their way to make sure every detail of your experience is just right. While not mandatory, it is customary based on your satisfaction and service level, to leave between 15 - 20% of the charter fee, which the Captain and Crew split.

What should I bring/wear?We provide all of your needs for the boat; cups, bottle openers, champagne glasses, plates, and flatware. We welcome you to make a specialty drink for your cruise but please pre-batch/mix prior to arriving. Our boats do not have a bar space to mix cocktails. Looking for outfit inspirations!? Is there a weight limit?Yes, there is a weight limit of 230 lbs. per individual guest or a total max limit of 1,100 lbs between all guests. These measure are in place to ensure boat stability. In case of emergency, all guests must be able to fit into our Type-1 Coast Guard mandated life vest to board our vessel. Our vessels were constructed in the late 50's & 60's, when the average male weighed 160lbs. *Please feel free to call us with any further questions*

What do you provide?All vessels are fully equipped with boating comforts like pillows and blankets, cup ware and plate ware, bottle openers and champagne buckets. We provide ice and coolers, and offer complimentary water, soda, and beer. Our vessels are BYO alcohol, we welcome you to bring your favorite beverages to enjoy on the boat. We welcome you to make a specialty drink for your cruise but please pre-batch/mix prior to arriving. Our boats do not have a bar space to mix cocktails. Fuel, Captain, and Crew are included in the price. Tip for Captain and Crew in not included, industry standard is 15 - 20% of cruise price.

Are there bathrooms onboard?All of our vessels have marine heads (toilets) for your comfort, however, we ask that all guests prioritize using the facilities in the Hilton Penn's Landing, prior to boarding.

Can we bring food?No outside food is allowed, we offer charcuterie boards as an add-on. Small cakes and cupcakes are welcome! Please give us a heads up so we can have a cutting knife and extra flat ware prepared onboard. Our boats are BYO alcohol, so feel free to bring your favorite beverage! We welcome you to make a specialty drink for your cruise but please pre-batch/mix prior to arriving. Our boats do not have a bar space to mix cocktails.

What is your cancellation policy?All cruises are fully refundable up until 7 days prior to the cruise date. No refund is offered with a 7 day, or less, notice. No refund for no-call, or no-shows, and last-minute cancellations. Our vessels follow all USCG and Federal laws. No Federally illegal substances are permitted. The Captain reserves the right to end the trip with no refund if someone becomes too intoxicated or if illegal substances are found. *When booking please be sure to provide an accurate email and phone number for confirmation & cancellation communications*

Do we go out in foul weather?Weather in Philadelphia can be dodgy and shifts quickly. We make non-refundable weather related reschedules the day of the cruise. If the weather is questionable we will communicate through text and email (please make sure to provide an accurate phone number & email when booking). A 40% chance of rain or higher is typically a cause for weather rescheduling, this can vary and depends on the full forecast and trend. If cancellations occur due to weather or extremely choppy conditions, we will reschedule or offer a credit for a future date - No refunds are offered for weather cancellations. Overcast skies does not account for foul weather.

What is your cancellation policy for The Estuary?Our venue is fully outdoors, and requires a rain date during the time of booking. Rescheduling due to foul weather is determined a week in advance of the event to assure that there is enough time to plan with vendors. All deposits are subject to a non-refundable 15% service charge. In the event of cancellation by the Client, within 30 days before the event, 50% of the deposit paid will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation by the Client, within 7 days of the event, all money collected will be forfeited.

Is there parking on site?We are partnered with the Hilton Penn's Landing who offer valet, garage self-parking, and ride share access. Alternative parking lots located along the waterfront are the Moshulu Parking Lot and the Great Plaza Parking Lot. There is limited metered street parking along Columbus Blvd., Front Street, and Dock Street.
