Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and personable Crew Members to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service, with an appreciation for boating and the maritime lifestyle. While boating experience is a plus, it is not required—we will provide training to ensure confidence and competence on board.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have a comfortable, memorable experience.

Assist with hospitality service, including food and beverage presentation.

Support the Captain in general operations, including safety briefings and basic deckhand duties.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the boat before, during, and after charters.

Provide friendly and knowledgeable conversation about the vessel, Philadelphia’s waterfront, and our curated experiences.

Monitor guest safety and assist in emergency situations if necessary.

Qualifications

Strong hospitality, service, or customer-facing experience.

CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain before the start date)

Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a dynamic, outdoor setting with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Comfortable working on the water; prior boating experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move safely around a boat.

Must be at least 18 years old.
